Q = How different was your vision of revolution to the reality of today?
A = Its grown beyond all expectations. In the early days it was a store and a fitting bay and now we have a website, social media, a big showroom and fitting centre also. Plus we export too.

Q = What are your top 3 products or services you offer at the moment?
A = Alloy Wheels, Tyres, Remapping and Exhausts.

Q = What have been your high points in revolution history?
A = Opening in 1997 was a massive achievement on its own but moving to our purpose built HQ in 2007 was amazing also. Growing our business and retaining our fantastic customers is amazing also.

Q = How stressful was it to build a supercar killing Nurburgring world record beating subaru impreza?
A = The pressure of achieving our target of the fastest lap was immense and the deadline to get the car built on time was a killer. Working day and night to build the car to a strict timescale as we had track time and a ferry booked, plus press arriving in Germany. Letting everyone down would be a major disappointment also and our customers expected us to deliver – thankfully we did ..!

Revolution Project STI NÜRBURGRING

April 30th 2013. A new lap record was set for a road going impreza, measured over the industry standard full lap of the Nordscheife, from T13 exit to T13 entry.

Fredy Lienhard a racer turned ring instructor is celebrating his winning lap record of 7.53.08.
Beating the previous record holder and World Rally Champion Tommi Mäkinen……What an achievement…What a car!

Q = Have you any advice to someone who is going to plan a journey to the ring for the first time?
A = Drive slower than you imagine and never time a lap until you have at least 100 laps under your belt – if you crash at the Ring, your car is coming back on a trailer!

Q = How important is the social scene and social media to your business?
A = Massive to our fans and followers and we can immediately update them of new products and share customer cars that arrive for modifications

Q = Tell us something that the public don’t know about Revolution?
A = We’re still a family run business that’s been in business for nearly 19 years. We’ve won numerous awards for customer service and pride ourselves on offering great products at prices that can’t be beaten!

Q = Finally, what would your dream car garage have in it…?
A = New Audi RS6 for the family, Nissan GTR R35 Nismo for the hell of it, Porsche 911 GT3 Porsche for track days,
BMW i3 for the commute.
